• Our cost of shipping is a flat $5 rate for smaller items, and we use the services of NZ Couriers, who deliver overnight to the door. If you wish to have specific delivery instructions for the courier, please provide these at time of ordering.

• For larger products and batting, postal rates range from $9 to $50 depending upon size and weight. Larger products and batting are sent using NZ Post tracked, which does take several days longer.

• Overseas shipping begins at $20, however we will contact you should it be more than this.

• Parcels are dispatched within 2 working days, if there are any issues with your order, we either ring or email to connect and discuss.
