The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original state, unopened and sealed packaging, and with the original sales receipt or other evidence of purchase.
Patterns and fabrics are non-refundable, so please choose very carefully.
Please be aware that the colours of fabrics often appear different on different screens and monitors, and therefore we cannot guarantee that what is ordered is exactly the right colour. This applies to all websites.
Other items must be returned in their original and unopened state – this is not negotiable.
If an item is being returned due to a change of mind or no longer needed, the cost of return must be paid by the customer. A shop credit only will be issued in this instance.
If an item is being returned due to our mistake, we will pay for the return postage and offer a refund or shop credit to the customers satisfaction.
